Nepomniachtchi Wei Yi, FIDE Grand Prix Moscow, Rapid, 2019

Ian Nepomniachtchi won the first 2019 FIDE Grand Prix tournament in Moscow. He knockedout Levon Aronian in Round 1 winning the first classical game and then eliminated Wei Yi and Radoslaw Wojtaszek on rapid tiebreaks in Round 2 and 3. In the final Nepomnichtchi won a tiebreak vs another Russian grandmaster Alexander Grischuk.
