This video shows the effect cluster munition has on cars concrete very well in high definition. The footage was firstly released in October 2020 during an Azerbaijani cluster montions attack on a residential area in the town of Stepanakert, NagoroKarabagh. Luckily it seems the no person was directly openly exposed to the cluster munitions impact. While the concrete was mostly unscathed all the cars got heavily pierced by the small detonations and shrapnels.
