Are these Pantyhose or Stockings Fiore Stay Up Review

I haven t tried pantyhose like this before (if you call them pantyhose and not stockings). They are like stockings, with a built in hold up which is very interesting to me. They have a nice pattern on the leg as well, but the quality was a little but subpar for my liking. I m really unsure what to call these though. I think I prefer to wear proper hold up stockings, with a real garter because these were a little bit hard to put on and actually rubbed on my leg a little bit too. The pattern was so cute and matched my plaid skirt though, so I ll call that a win
