Documentary filmmaker Ami Horowitz says Mark Milley is a political animal amid news the top US General secretly called China over concerns Donald Trump would spark a war. According to reports, General Milley secretly called his Chinese counterpart twice, even saying he would alert China ahead of time if a war was to be started under the Trump administration. Mr Horowitz told Sky News host Rita Panahi the move sounds treasonous.
