BERLIN, A Love Story in Super 8
Hello sweet friends, I hope you are all having the most wonderful Spring time. Today I want to share something a little different I made a little short movie in Super 8. Super 8mm film is a motion picture film format released in 1965 by Eastman Kodak as an improvement over the older Double or Regular 8 mm home movie format. We went to Schmöckwitz which is located in the very southeast of Berlin and surrounded by water and forest and therefore also a popular recreational destination. It is surrounded by forest and several lakes: The Langener See and the Seddinsee. On the border to Brandenburg are Krossinsee, Zeuthener See and Großer Zug. Schmöckwitz is comparatively sparsely populated although existing gaps between buildings have been filled in recent years by single and multifamily houses. The main development areas are new building land directly on the waterfront. The district can only be reached from Berlin via the Adlergestell and by tram. In summer, a ferry connects Schmöckwitz with the Krampe
