Ladywell Convent, Godalming, Surrey. A group of nuns are seen at work and at prayer. They are the Franciscan Missionaries of the Divine Motherhood. Various shots of them working on the nunnery farm they are seen driving a tractor and milking cows. Panning shot of the dormitories of the nunnery. A young nun uses a broom to clean her room. Nice shots of the nuns sitting down to a meal together. A nun reads from the bible as they eat. Shots of two nuns using a cement mixer and shots of the nuns doing building work. They use a plank to flatten some cement. Their brand of Christianity is muscular, to an almost a masculine degree states the narrator.
