New F 15 C animation + weaponry test in War Thunder

This was intended to be a side project to see how quickly I can get an aircraft working from scratch, ontop of the fact I needed both the F15C and F16C for a cinematic intro of an unrelated project, but also future projects I may do after I m done with the Morgan.
