Beth Abraham Synagogue was founded in 1902 and has been at its current location at 35 Laurel Ave. since 1934, according to a 90th anniversary history of the synagogue. Developer Oleg Opalnyk who owns OPO Custom Design Restoration in 2017 decided to give a second life to this building. Oleg said that he want to create something he would want to live in and want to make it very nice. Developer build fancy 10 apartmants like Europeanstyled tiled bathrooms, custom staircases, stainless steel appliances, and even (in some units) barn doors, designated parking spots and monthly cleaning service.
