Nebraska: Investigators now believe a train derailment on the edge of Bennet in April was caused intentionally by a teenager who then recorded it and posted it online. BNSF Railway police have referred the 17yearold boy to the Lancaster County Attorneys Office for prosecution for felony criminal mischief, saying the derailment caused an estimated 350, 000 in damage. Three days later, investigators were able to get security footage from the Frontier Coop, which showed a car that looked like the teens park and the driver walk toward the switch, out of view of the camera, and run back soon after. A video from another angle showed the teen drive out of view, then return and park and quickly set up a tripod. Source: Police frequency t. me, policefrequency
