During each break, as well as the outro, a weekly schedule pops up, that lets you know when and how often you should do the workout, if you want to do it as a one or two week challenge. The cardio it recommends can be anything like dancing, running, walking, youtube cardio videos etc. Weekly schedule: day one cardio + this video once, day two this video twice, day three this video once, day four rest, day five cardio + this video once, day six this video twice and day seven rest.
