Playing bass for David Bowie (his last bass player)

So a few weeks ago I got the chance to spend some time with the legendary bass player, Tim Lefebvre (the guy who played bass on Bowies last album, Black Star ) and the guy whos influenced thousands of bass players around the globe. Side note: if you catch a bass player using adventurous pedal board of effects its very likely that Tim will be the top of their influence list. Hes played with the likes of the Tedeschi Trucks band, Sting, Elvis Costello, Wayne Krantz, John Mayer, Knower you get the idea; ) In this video youre going to learn about what it was really like recording Bowies final album, the studio process, the bass gear used, the effects he used and how Bowie disguised himself whilst walking the streets of NYC (he had an awesome stealthy trick ).
