San Diego Humane Society Ignores Shocked Rodeo Horses

The purpose of this video is to educate the public about animal abuse and those who commit it. It is not intended to be shocking or sensational. Last summer, a SHARK investigator caught the shocking of horses and other animals to make them act wild from pain.
