CNC milling VQ44 to DIP44 PCB
This is the third attempt at making a VQ44 to DIP44 adapter for an XC9536 CPLD. My second attempt worked out perfectly I used Kapton tape as a mask, I used Amtech tacky flux, the soldering looked beautiful, all except the solder has bridged under the chip to the copper area left behind there. Effectively making the board useless. I ll stick it in the oven for a while and remove the chip at some point. This time I decided to mill the spare copper away so we ll see how this one goes. :)
