Dead puppies and kittens in crates reveal dark side of Chinas mystery box craze

It s all the rage in China. Many businesses are cashing in on the mystery box craze, where consumers make an order and get a surprise when they open the package. No item is spared with live pets are packaged and sent. A blind box customer often doesn t know whether they will be receiving a turtle, puppy or a kitten and in many cases dead or barely alive.
