Stuffed Peppers (recipe for 3 peppers) Ingredients: 3 Peppers Ground beef 150200 grams Boiled rice 1020 grams (I use basmati rice) Onion 1 (medium size) Carrot 1 (medium size) Spices to your taste Salt Cheese For the sauce: Sour cream 34 tablespoons Tomato and basil sauce 5 tablespoons Warm water (depends on the height of the pepper) INSTRUCTIONS Fry onions and carrots in vegetable oil until soft (about 5 minutes).
