Bushido Mon Summer Camp 2012 Part1

On the 25th June 2nd July in Kremenky settl. (near Moscow) there was held traditional Imterregional Bushido Mon Summer Camp with Shihan Victor Fomin (VI Dan). 4 training sessions each day were dedicated to complete IFK Syllabus, Kyokushin combat technique, Makiwara training and Selfdefense with weapons (Bo, Stick, Knife, Yawara and Sai). Part 1 contains some episodes of group performance of Kihon, Renraku, Kata, including team performance of Seipai and Garu (Natalia Bogdanova, Kristina Urusova, Ta
