Senior CIA intelligence officers were at the forefront of drafting the narrative to brand the explosive revelations disclosed in Hunter Biden s scandalfilled laptop as Russian disinformation. That s part of the findings coming out of Congressional hearings in Washington. RTs Caleb Maupin explains.
