17 Year Old Hams It Up in Costume for Brother Every Day

Every day, Noah Tingle wears a different costume to greet his younger brother, Max, 12, as he gets off the school bus. The 17yearold of Louisiana started this tradition pretty recently and the costume have gotten more elaborate as the days go by. One day, Noah dressed as a gorilla.
