WATCH: RFK Jr. on abortion, immigration
Robert Kennedy Jr. , who is now an independent candidate for the presidency, spoke with PBS NewsHours Amna Nawaz about his positions on two issues at the center of the 2024 race: abortion and immigration. Kennedy has defined himself as prochoice in the past and told Nawaz, I think every abortion is a tragedy, but that its a choice that has to stay with the women. Kennedy said he is all ears when it comes to considering legislation to protect womens access to abortion. On immigration, RFK Jr. discusses with Nawaz his previous statement that he would seal the border to address the growing number of migrants arriving there in previous years.
