Poor Girl Children in Uganda Africa, Sold, Trafficked for Slavely, Labour and Sex. BUT WHY

Young girls from Karamoja are sold by their mothers in a market in soroti like commodities. They are trafficked for slavery, sex, child labour, and prostitution among others. Many are sold at a fee of 14 equivalent to 50k Ugandan shillings. I do believe God has placed you and us in unique spot to help rescue and make an impact on these childrens life.
