University of Minnesota Concert Band Ensemble Directed by Dr. Frank Bencriscutto White House Rose Garden Concert May 23, 1969 Tuba Soloist, Stanford Freese Carnival of Venice This White House concert followed the bands 10 city, 7 week cultural exchange tour of the Soviet Union. Stan went on to become the Talent and Casting Director at Disneyland, a position he held for over 40 years.
