UFO over Cabo San Lucas, Mexico

Witness description: Saw what I thought was a planet or a shiny star in broad daylight. Standing on a balcony overlooking the ocean. I brought attention to the group I was with. They couldnt see it because it was so far out toward the ocean, behind many clouds. I got my sky guide app out, and it didnt identify it. I kept my eye on it and after hovering for many minutes, I took a picture, and it finally started to move. Many people on the balcony couldnt see it, but I was certain. It was so far away, so bright, too big to be a drone and was faster than a drone. Once it started moving and there were clear blue skies, other people saw it as well. No one could identify it and drone were excluded.
