Czech TV news insurance benefits for car crash in the Czech republic

The new decision of Czech Constitutional Court declares that car drivers can claim full insurance benefits (including the lower value of the car after car crash) against Insurance company so that Insurance company has to pay car drivers the difference of price of the car before and after the car crash.
