On the 14th of February, lovers celebrate Valentines day. People in love make or buy beautiful Valentines cards. Usually, on the outside of the cards, there are butterflies, flowers, hearts and Cupids. On the inside, there is a love poem. In Great Britain, people traditionnally write love poems. Weeks before Valentines day, magazines and newspapers publish love verses to give inspiration. In Great Britain, the cards are usually anonymous, even between husband and wife: people dont sign their name. They often sign the cards with a question: Would you be my Valentine Lovers give each other presents such as flowers, especially red roses, chocolates, teddy bears or perfume.
