Anna Zheleznayas name is familiar to almost every resident of the DPR. She has helped give birth to some 5, 000 babies at the Donetsk Center for the Protection of Motherhood and Childhood. Anna has been working for 25 years, nine of which have been under the Ukrainian armys shelling. We learned fast what a cellar is for, what childbirth in one is like, she says.
