US Nikki Haley isolated as UN proposal to condemn Hamas voted down, Al Jazeera English

Two resolutions on the escalation of violence at the GazaIsrael border have failed at the UN Security Council. Since March, Israeli soldiers have shot dead at least 121 Palestinians who have been protesting for the right to return to their homeland. The US vetoed a Kuwaitbacked resolution calling for the protection of Palestinians.
