Today it s time for Sous Vide PICANHA BURGERS Invited by our best friend Ninja, me and maumau went to a fish with our good friend Ninja. But at the same time one of the best things about being on a boat is the FOOD So, I tried to make some picanha burgers for the trip, I cooked then sous vide to finish them on the boat.
