A fun practice that brings extra love to our feet, knees, legs and hips before ending with supine restoration. This session is the dynamic counterpart to a slower class shared last week (Loving Our Feet: It is faster paced, uses fewer props and also includes Simhasana I for deeper rinsing of the ankles, calves and knees.
