Estland beschränkt Einreise für russische Bürger
Die Regierung in Tallinn hat beschlossen, dass russische Staatsbürger vom 18. August an nicht mehr mit einem von Estland ausgestellten SchengenVisum einreisen dürfen. Auch die Tschechische Republik beabsichtigt, bei einem Treffen der EUAußenminister am 31. August, über ein Verbot von SchengenVisa für Russen zu diskutieren. Die Auswirkungen einer derartig gegen Russland gerichteten Politik bekommen Russen europaweit im Alltag zu spüren: Zu russophoben Handlungen kommt es auch in Deutschland immer wieder. Wie etwa im Falle des russischen Restaurants Rodina (zu deutsch Heimat ) im sächsischen Mittweida. Seit dem Beginn des Konflikts in der Ukraine erhält die Betreiberin Drohungen. Das Restaurant wurde auch Opfer von Vandalismus. RT hat mit der Restaurantinhaberin Alena Dirksen gesprochen.
