After the sloppy mud fest of World Championships in Leogang, it was a refreshing (and frightening) site to see the fastest mountain bike racers on the planet smashing their bikes on the hardpacked DH track of Maribor, Slovenia. This is the first World Cup Downhill of the 2020 season after massive delays due to COVID19. This a doubleheader race weekend with two different qualifying and race sessions.
