a month after turning 9 he competes in a North East Youth championship tournament. The ages were based on how old wrestlers were that day, so he was in the 9 10 division. Because of his record, he was placed into the advanced bracket. He took a couple of losses and handled losing well, even when he gets pinned for the first time ever
