WEEK 9 Threshold with VO2 lifts The penultimate week of our To The Limit series and its a big one At 76TSS this is a toughie as we work our way through three rounds of steady state threshold efforts from which we then finish off with a burst at V02max power. These types of sessions have characterised this series as we look to lift your aerobic ceiling.
