Filipino WW2 vet sings Japanese song he learned from POW camp

When I was prisoner (prisoner of war) of the Japanese, this is the song they taught I imagine how dear this song is to him. The song may have relieved him from the difficulties of being prisoner of war and the longing of home. That after 45 years (1987) he still sings it by heart. The song is a Japanese cover of the song When It s Lamp Lighting Time in the Valley. I found the original cover and mixed it with his, my apology. This is so precious.
