I was sent this intriguing record by an email correspondent Anthony who had acquired it in France. George ScottWood recorded this song twice on January 4, 1934. The vocal take with Sam Browne was issued on Regal Zonophone MR 1992, but the nonvocal take was listed in Rust as Rejected. The masters were shipped to France and pressed anonymously on the Pathe label instead A delightful discovery indeed and one I am grateful he shared.
