Highlight and Lowlight Blonde Hair in One Step without Bleach

Paige Collings have been getting partial highlights but I wanted to make her blonder but she is afraid of bleach. I have used the Scruples Illusionist on her that lifted her hair and deposited color at the same time. I added some lowlights with Hypnotic to give her dimensions and contrast.
