This is a track I ve wanted to do for a while, and while, yes this is a bizarre track from my first dedicated Earthbound cover, it s possibly my favorite It s just so catchy, quirky, and above all, groovy. It s really wacky sounding in the original so naturally I was really interested in how it could sound on guitar. I ultimately felt doing anything metal with this would be a mistake so I went straight funk, jazz with it. Or at least my best. It s been a while since I did anything with improv solos so I m a bit rusty but it s okay because it s a weird cover. I
