How Clarice s Rebecca Breeds Paid Homage to The Silence of the Lambs Star Jodie Foster
Clarice Starling is back onscreen 30 years after the horror hit The Silence of the Lambs. In the new TV show Clarice, Rebecca Breeds stars as Jodie Fosters character, FBI agent Clarice Starling, six months after she interviews Hannibal Lecter for the Buffalo Bill serial killer case. Extras Cheslie Kryst caught up with Rebecca, who nailed Clarices Appalachian accent. Breeds, who is Australian, revealed, I really wanted to pay homage to Jodie because she found the voice of the character. Cheslie also spoke with Rebeccas costars Michael Cudlitz, Kal Penn, and Devyn Tyler. Watch Clarice premieres on CBS tonight at 10 p. m.
