thank you all so much for watching:) Song in this video: Just Knowing You by The National Forest cookbook: peach bars: dough: 2 1, 4 cups allpurpose flour 1 cup sugar 1 cup chopped pecans 1 cup coconut oil or butter (softened) 1 large egg 1 cup oats filling 4 cups chopped fruit 2 TBSP cornstarch 1, 4 cup sugar juice of 1 lemon combine all the dough ingredients EXCEPT the oats, and beat in a stand mixer for 12 minutes. take half the dough mixture and press it into an 9x9 inch pan. combine the filling ingredients in a separate bowl and pour over the dough. add 1 cup of oats to the remaining dough and mix until the oats are incorporated. sprinkle the oat crumble over the fruit. bake at 350 for 3540 minutes until the top is golden
