Title reads: M of I Government Official. Ministry of Information trailer encouraging drivers to take care of their vehicle tyres. Comedy sketch: eccentric man with large cap and obviously fake moustache is driving a truck recklessly along street, next to him sits his young assistant. A policeman stops the truck and tells off the eccentric driver. The copper then makes an inspection of the truck s tyres he tells the driver that due to his dangerous driving his tyres have become worn.
