Hi, guys This is my First Try of a Paint Dance Therapy. I m trying to dance and paint at the same time. Hope you like the video. If you try to do the same you will immerse yourself in the sea of various sensations and discoveries inside yourself It s a great experience to combine the two activities. You can feel that you paint with your body. And your painting turns out so light like a flower dance. You mustn t control your movements all the time while doing this. Just make wide gestures with a brush or a palette knife and let your body be free and relaxed. This is the right time to let yourself be free You get rid of stress, fully giving yourself to the process. And choose the brightest colors for painting You can choose to paint anything But you don t have to think too much about what you want to paint.
