Pilates Small Ball Workout ( Moderate), 20 Minute Full Body Tone Stretch
This is a quick and effective full body Pilates workout that will tone your muscles, boost your metabolism, get your blood pumping and release endorphins (happy hormones) I use a Pilates small ball in this class, but if you don t have one, no problems You can do the whole thing without one.
