Some things in life you just take for granted. I always buy tofu because I think it would be too difficult to make at home and hit an acceptable standard. Today we re making homemade firm tofu and we are in shock at how easy it is but also how consistently we ve been getting good results while making it. This is an eye opening recipe for a lot of tofu lovers including ourselves. We can t recommend giving this a go enough.
