There was never an official star(or memorial) of Mariska Veres, Singer of Shocking Blue, who became famous in the world with there classic hit Venus (and many other hits). Today(29 august 2020) the mayor of The Hague (Netherlands) officially opened this painting near where she always has lived, (Van Speijkstraat, The Hague).
