cb1100 oil level check, dynamic balancer and rlets

cb1100 is warm and on the center stand when the oil level is checked and the engine is switched off to see how long it takes for the oil to reach the top mark as advised by the manual ( 5 min s ) on my 2010 cb1100 from japan. also adjusting the dynamic balancer shaft to minimize the noise and some small things i have done to improve the looks of the bike.
