Mill Nursery, Oldham, Lancashire. M, S Girl with baby in arms knocks at door of house (exterior in dark). C, U Door opens, mother with kiddies walks out followed by husband who waves goodbye. C, U Curtain parting, children looking out. C, U Van arriving outside house. Mother in kitchen, putting hat on child. Father kisses her goodbye mother walks out of kitchen. C, U Outside of van with Snow White characters painted on, van backs past camera. C, U Mother putting child in van and waving goodbye. Baby being sat on seat in van. M, S Woman arranging children in van. C, U children C, U Driver. C, U Line of kiddies, pan to woman in charge with more children on other side of van. Van approaches camera and turns into gate. Nurse opens door of van, goes inside. Other nurses approach van and stand by door. First child is passed out. C, U children being handed down to nurse. Children being taken away by nurse. M, S Woman working at mill approached by supervisor. C, U Mother and supervisor. Supervisor walks out of frame
