Mercedes Benz C280 W202 Fresh Air, Recirculation vacuum element replacement

I had a vacuum leak in Climate control vacuum system that was isolated to 2 functions, OFF and RECIRC. The vacuum pump would start working constantly anytime I would press these 2 buttons.
