Aguas de Marc o by Tom Jobim, Paola Hermosín
This is Aguas de Março (Waters of March), a bossanova by Antonio Carlos Jobim (19271994), a Brazilian composer, and popularized by him and Elis Regina, a Brazilian singer. The lyrics talk about how nature comes and takes it all, flowing, dragging with March rains in Brazil all the old and giving way to a new stage, reemerging and reinventing everything for a new day. It is a beautiful metaphor for life. Despite what it says, it s not a sad song. It s like a contagious laugh that invites you to reinvent yourself.
