Sex Tourism Shirley Valentine Barbados

This Documentary takes a look at Females Sex Tourism in Barbados from the perspective of the women and men who come into contact with each other via the activity of social tourism. It is a layered and complex process and is not meant by any means to bring judgement to any group of persons or any gender but as a former student of film at the Errol Barrow Centre for Creative Imagination, University of the West Indies Cave Hill Campus, this idea visited me since I have observed it is a reality for persons or all walks of life and genders to want to fraternize, to some degree, with each other. I therefore wanted to explore the lighter side of this reality through the very eyes of the persons who encounter this experience with regards to social tourism and how some sub genres of this activity might work. There is however entire academic discourses and other Documentaries regarding this subject matter for those curious souls who wish to explore further.
