LCD Shutter Top ( NSFW ish)

(Skip to 14:45 to see it in action. ) This was my Fashion Tech project for the Shenzhen Maker Faire. It uses single pixel LCD displays that change from opaque to cleartinted (Brought to my attention by the very awesome Sophie Kravits at As far as I know it s the first Open Source, electronically variable modesty wearable. This means of course it s a bit rough the first gen of everything is going to be imperfect. So go easy on the criticism.
