Enjoying the Cabin Life in the Mountains Hiking on Snow and Ice

I wake up early to catch the sunrise while gradually feeling the heat of the fire in the wood stove. Living the cabin life for me is to take it slow and enjoy every task at hand. Being offgrid, this cabin isnt connected to the electrical grid and neither does it have running water, which means theres a bit more work involved. But even just doing menial tasks like fetching water and splitting wood for kindling can be enjoyable. After preparing the wood stove for the next guests I clean up and start hik
